Job Title: Lead Venue Coordinator

About the Role:
  • Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and responding to customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the team to implement effective procedures, manage risk, and maintain high safety standards.
  • Drive business success by contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, labor efficiency, and cost control.
  • Develop and mentor young team members, providing them with the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
  • Act as an acting Venue Manager when required, taking charge of the venue's operations to maintain world-class standards.
What You'll Bring:
  • A proven track record of leadership experience in fast-paced, customer-driven environments, preferably in hospitality, retail, fitness, or recreation.
  • An ownership mindset, being proactive, solutions-focused, and a natural leader who sets a good example.
  • A passion for coaching and developing young teams, with experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating 16-24-year-olds.
  • A customer-centric approach, dedicated to creating memorable experiences and ensuring every guest has an outstanding time.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including sales, labor, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and bring positivity to the team.
  • A hands-on attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
