Strategic Asset Management Consultant

This position is pivotal in supporting the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services, contributing to continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice on asset management strategies and frameworks, developing and implementing asset management plans, conducting site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing expert advice on asset management strategies and frameworks.

- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
We are a national independent Australian owned property consultancy providing a range of services including quantity surveying, building consultancy, tax and asset services, PPP advisory, infrastructure and facilities management advisory services.
Our team has extensive experience delivering advisory services related to facilities and asset management for both new and existing infrastructure.
