Optimize Renewable Energy Asset Performance

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler for our Renewables team, supporting the strategic and operational goals of Wind assets.

  • Create and maintain realistic weekly and long-term maintenance schedules, including resource planning and contingency strategies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to align planning efforts and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare comprehensive work packages with procedures, materials, and isolation requirements, ensuring the right skills and resources are matched to tasks.
  • Review and enhance planning processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency, while embedding safety targets into all planning activities.

For success in this role, you will have excellent knowledge of planning and scheduling systems and maintenance practices, as well as great communication skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in SAP and Prometheus (or similar systems).

Apart from being detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver clear and timely information, you will also possess experience in planning/scheduling within the power or heavy industrial sectors and hold an Engineering or Trade qualification.
