Job Description

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to investigate business requirements using various tools including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process mapping 'As Is' and 'To Be', scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

  • Design and implement a new project model.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and validate their information needs, business drivers and functional requirements.
  • Develop briefing packs, reports, presentations and other artefacts as needed to communicate the progress and intention of the program.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse stakeholder group combined with workshop facilitation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Business Management, Commerce or Engineering) or equivalent experience/qualifications.
  • Previous experience working with water utilities and asset maintenance would be ideal.
