Lead Water Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Water Engineering Specialist to join our national water business. This key role will be responsible for delivering water and wastewater civil design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Civil Design Expertise: The successful candidate will have expertise in various aspects of civil engineering, including study involvement, budgeting, scheduling, and scope development, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Leadership Skills: As a lead specialist, you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, leading projects, and driving business growth through strengthening existing client connections and building new relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
You will work closely with our team of specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes that make a real difference in our communities. With a strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our water sector.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and excellent communication and leadership skills.
