Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced people leader to coach, inspire and lead our team at one of our fantastic seasonal pools.

  • This role involves managing the facility, team, and local community, fully accountable for operational, financial, and program deliverables.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring safety and well-being through effective planning and oversight of policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop leaders to deliver on KPIs through engagement, performance planning, and individual development plans.
  • Lead and drive a high-performance community-minded culture through highly visible and hands-on leadership and team engagement.
  • Achieve budgeted performance targets, maintain a high-value relationship with local stakeholders, and implement a customer service proposition that addresses client needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing or leading in a similar leisure or aquatic facility. You should possess highly developed communication skills and sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.

In addition, you will have experience in planning and execution of operational, financial, and people plans to successful outcomes, as well as current CPR and First Aid Certificates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing or leading in a similar leisure or aquatic facility.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
