We have two exciting opportunities available at our outdoor pool.
About the Role
- Lifeguard:
As a lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of pool users. You will be expected to stay vigilant and focused while maintaining a patient and friendly demeanor.
- Duty Manager:
The Duty Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre. This includes overseeing centre functions, maintaining knowledge of centre programs, and providing excellent customer service.
About You
We are looking for someone who can make decisions under pressure, manage conflicts effectively, and multitask with ease. You should also be able to provide excellent customer service and remain alert in a repetitive work environment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in these roles, you will need:
- Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
