Acute Care Nurse Wanted

We are seeking a qualified Urgent Care Registered Nurse to fill this role.
About the Position:- Triage and assess patients who present to Urgent Care
- Perform comprehensive nursing triage, prioritizing patient care needs
- Act promptly for patients requiring emergency escalation or showing signs of deterioration
- Conduct procedural work such as suturing and plastering
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in collaboration with patients, families, and medical practitioners
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Prior experience in triage within an emergency department, remote nursing, or ICU is preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care settings
