About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Social Media Specialist to join our growing Content and Communications team. This is a hybrid role, requiring a Sydney-based individual who can split their time between working from home and our Sydney HQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our brand's messaging and goals. This includes creating engaging content for our social media channels, as well as coordinating and scheduling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement and brand awareness
  • Create high-quality content for social media, including text, images, and videos
  • Coordinate and schedule content across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and our website
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategy
  • Collaborate with the executive team and external suppliers to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting our content and strategy accordingly
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B social media execution and content development
  • Excellent creative and writing skills, with the ability to develop engaging content
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all content is on-brand and accurate
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues and external partners
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple content and social requirements
