Deliverability Expert Role

The role of a Deliverability Expert is to ensure the high-quality sending experience for Premier Customers through expert guidance and strategic execution.

This position requires a positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and confidence to engage executive-level stakeholders. The expert works directly with customers to understand marketing goals, build strategic roadmaps, and support business outcomes.

  • Manage an assigned book of business professionally and accountably.
  • Develop proactive deliverability strategies based on current industry trends.
  • Conduct deliverability audits and performance reviews, linking findings to business impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in resolving issues such as blocklisting, spam traps, or inboxing challenges.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, create data-driven plans, and communicate results.
  • Quantify improvements in deliverability performance, inbox placement, and engagement metrics.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships across the book of business.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with email infrastructure components such as DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI.
  • Understanding of bounce types and classification.
  • Knowledge of global email laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
