Job Title: Senior Associate, Bargaining and Industrial RelationsPremier's Department is seeking highly skilled experts to fill multiple ongoing Clerk Grade 9/10 roles in the Industrial Relations Branch.The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping whole-of-government industrial relations strategies.The job involves analyzing complex industrial matters, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing practical solutions that deliver positive results across the public sector.We're looking for candidates with:
  • A strong knowledge of industrial relations frameworks, including legislation, government policies, and industrial instruments.
  • Ability to provide high-quality, timely advice on complex bargaining and industrial issues that align with government priorities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities and developing solutions to mitigate risks and achieve outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and informative reports, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the public sector.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
