Job Title: Senior Associate, Bargaining
">The Premier's Department is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Associate, Bargaining and Legal Strategy. This role plays a critical part in shaping whole-of-government industrial relations strategies.
">- Analyzing complex industrial matters, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing practical solutions that deliver positive results across the public sector. ">
- Providing high-quality, timely advice on bargaining and industrial relations issues that align with government priorities. ">
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the public sector. ">
- Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, effectively managing competing priorities. ">
This position requires a strong knowledge of industrial relations frameworks, including legislation, government policies, and industrial instruments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and informative reports, briefs, and correspondence.
