We are seeking a Maintenance Plan Advisor to support the effective upkeep of school facilities across the state.
This role focuses on data-driven planning, safety, efficiency, and long-term sustainability of building assets, with collaboration across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage maintenance plans that ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency.
- Analyse and interpret data to inform short and long-term maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders, providing clear guidance and practical advice.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in processes, implementing continuous improvements.
- Undertake regular travel, including week-on/week-off arrangements.
- Strong background in building maintenance processes and asset management systems.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related business systems.
- Ability to analyse data and apply logical reasoning to balance competing priorities.
- Valid Blue Card and ability to obtain a criminal history check.
- Previous experience in school or building maintenance highly regarded.
- AO6 level contract with regular travel requirements.
- Week-on/week-off regional travel arrangement.
