About the Role

We cater to students in Years 7 to 12, combining academic excellence with specialized programs in aviation, engineering, and STEM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and carry out repairs and maintenance on school infrastructure, including furniture, equipment, locks, windows, and record-keeping according to Work Health and Safety protocols.
  • Support event setup and logistical needs, such as assemblies, performances, and major events.
  • Manage mail, parcel, and document delivery and collection throughout the school, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Operate and maintain security systems, ensuring building safety by managing alarm systems and facility access.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff regarding scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks, prioritizing facility upkeep.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building maintenance, including routine repairs and upkeep of facilities, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Skill in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving common maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, locks, windows, and carpentry.
  • Familiarity with tool management, equipment, and maintenance records in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate with external tradespersons and contractors for repair and maintenance work completion.
