Department Leader

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to take on the role of Department Manager at our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizes exceptional customer service, and excels in a collaborative team setting.

In this position, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time on the shop floor, working closely with our Sales Advisor team to deliver outstanding customer experiences that meet or exceed our sales and profit goals. You'll be responsible for creating a plan to drive results, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to delegate tasks effectively, and provide constructive feedback to team members. They should also have a solid understanding of business operations, including analysis of sales figures and formulation of plans to maximize revenue. Additionally, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a customer-centric approach will be essential to success in this role.
