**THE ROLE**

Based at our Box Hills display home, your responsibilities include:
Providing expectational Customer Service through:

- Meeting and greeting customers in our Display Homes
- Educating potential customers on house and land packages available
- Demonstrating an overview of home and land package inclusions
- Promoting the community and local infrastructure of our land estate such as information on local schools, shops, amenities.
- Explaining the purchase process to customers and refer customers to the sales consultants.
- Potentially show customers where the land sites is in the local Hills Area (Box Hill, Rouse Hill and Oakville)

Administration and Marketing tasks including:

- Database Management by, updating pricing on multiple websites, flyers, stock lists
- Preparing weekly reporting

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are enthusiastic, self-confident and you have a contagious drive to succeed. You're the kind of person who is supportive, process driven with high attention to detail and can effortlessly build relationships with the people around you.
- You will need exceptional customer service, strong administration skills, self-confidence and a willingness to succeed. Other highly regarded qualities include a strong work ethic, clear communication and a good level of computer literacy.
- A proven track record in Display Homes, Real Estate or Land Sales Support is desired but not mandatory.
- Own car and license are required (mileage will be paid in addition to salary)
- This is a role that requires the flexibility to work 4 to 5 days per week including which includes weekends and public holidays. In return, we're offering you a first class working environment with unlimited support and training, as well as a long term career path.
