As a Fabric Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our textile strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Technical and Raw Materials, you'll collaborate with designers, buyers, and technical teams to drive fabric innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans for fabric development in collaboration with trend forecast managers.
  • Working closely with designers and buyers to source high-quality fabrics that meet sustainability standards.
  • Implementing a cohesive fabric strategy across all product lines.
  • Managing fabric libraries and providing technical support to apparel divisions.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of supplier standards.

We're seeking a driven, efficient, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in delivering results and building relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of experience in textiles and 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in fabric development, manufacturing processes, supplier management, and quality control.
  • Proven leadership qualities in diverse environments.
  • Strong technical acuity in fabric sourcing, make, and fabric quality standards.
  • Experience working with large-scale fabric manufacturers and implementing sustainable strategies.
