Senior Real Estate Lawyer Opportunity

Our organisation seeks an experienced and proactive Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join a high-performing Digital Transactions team.

The successful candidate will have solid leasing experience, ideally with expertise in stream leasing, and be confident in managing large leasing transactions end-to-end, from heads of agreement to negotiation, execution, and registration, with minimal client direction.

  • Work on major leasing mandates with leading corporates
  • Competitive edge through innovative, streamlined processes
  • Supportive, collaborative legal team culture

Key Requirements:

  • 5-10 years post-admission experience, preferably from a top or mid-tier firm
  • Strong corporate leasing experience (retail/financial institution mandates)
  • Comfortable managing matters independently and engaging directly with high-profile clients
  • Experienced working in fast-paced, large-scale leasing environments
  • Available to start soon and based in Melbourne or Sydney
