We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.Job DescriptionThe role of an Estates Manager is to provide corporate property management support, service co-ordination and advice for a commercial property estate comprising multiple offices, retail units, industrial units and other specialist interest.
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration service as well as strategic advice for the estate.
This role will be responsible for the management and development of client relationships in order to achieve maximum profitability and to generate new opportunities for business development within the Business Group and within Colliers International.Management of landlord enquiries and observation of obligations under the leaseRegular liaison with tenants on other responsibilitiesCo-ordinating and resolving third / neighbouring party requirements and disputesCo-ordinating and managing the sublet estatePlanning, undertaking and reporting on inspectionsEnsuring that property files are up to dateEnsuring that there is the appropriate level of data, supervision and regular reporting on the client property databaseManaging specialist service partner provisions across a portfolio of propertiesReview and quality assure reporting and recommendations from specialist subject matter expertsCarry out routine Lease Advisory and Agency workMonitoring and updating any client helpdeskCo-ordination of quarterly tenant meetingsPerformance management of contractors and service providersContribute to the planning, development and monitoring of premisesCollation of data and reporting on H&S and Environmental performanceAccident investigation and reporting, and assisting with co-ordination of insurance claimsInvoice processingTo be aware of and comply with company and statutory requirements regarding health and safety, fire and hygieneThe candidate will be expected to work in a flexible way and as part of a teamLine management of an administrator.QualificationsEssential SkillsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.High Quality WorkYou continuously look to improve the quality of my work and ensure quality control.
