Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to coordinate the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations.

The role is based in our head office and operates Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage required once every four weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations.
  • Review and administer the collection of documentation and cross check for compliance.
  • Book pre-employment medicals for new starters.
  • Book required site specific or role specific training for new starters.
  • Ensure documents and data are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Book Corporate inductions and issue PPE for new starters.
  • Coordinate flight confirmations for new starters for initial mobilisation and answer all queries related to the site they are attending.
  • Maintain new starter document files with required blank forms.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and information.
  • Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of work practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Mobilisation/onboarding role within the resources sector.
  • A high level of customer service.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
