Job Opportunity

This is a key role for a skilled Technician II to manage the maintenance and repair of solar farms.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical work, including experience with SCADA systems and data communications.

You will be responsible for replacing critical components, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting issues with inverters and other electrical equipment.


Responsibilities
  • Replacement of key components such as modules and inverter components
  • Maintenance of inverters or associated electrical components
  • Collaborate with Engineering team on SCADA integration
  • Promptly respond to and execute necessary repairs of faulty equipment
  • Interface with and manage subcontractors and other workers on site
  • Continuous reporting of work status and scheduling to Regional Manager and Solar Asset Manager
  • Adherence to Work Health and Safety protocols as established by NovaSource policy
