Design Leadership Opportunity

HMPS Propac, a leading manufacturer of machine solutions, is seeking an exceptional Design Manager to drive national design strategy and collaboration across its Adelaide, Sydney, and Melbourne operations. As the key driver of our design framework, you will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency while fostering innovation and technical excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and unifying HMPS Propac's design functions nationally under a single strategic vision that delivers effective solutions for new projects and aftermarket customers. This includes developing and implementing a national design framework, mentoring and managing the national design leadership team, establishing and governing design standards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align design outputs with operational needs.
