About the RoleThey are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (open to senior) to join their dynamic team. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to cost planning, contract administration, and project control across various sectors.
Requirements- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in CostX software.
- 3-7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or property sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for numbers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with key QS software.
- A proactive and positive problem-solving attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
