Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and meet our brand standards. This includes providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness of our car parks, and ensuring that all signage is accurate and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities include visiting DIVVY Parking car parks to monitor presentation and maintenance items, playing a leading role in the growth and management of client car parks in New South Wales, and attending client meetings to provide updates on project progress.

In addition, you will partner with internal business units to provide strategic communications and marketing advice, assist with the development of communication materials, and meet with external contractors to brief them on signage and equipment maintenance requirements.

You will also build and nurture relationships with Facilities Managers, Property Managers, and tenants of buildings to assist with onboarding and ongoing communications regarding DIVVY Parking's products and services.

This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role of Client/Customer Success or Facilities Management
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Knowledge of how to create a strong customer focus culture
  • Good computer and literacy skills
  • Ability to travel interstate if required
  • Current full Australian Driver's License
  • Flexibility of working hours to assist the business with sales functions such as car park counting, onboarding, and the attendance of conferences and events
