About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, listen to their needs and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Welcome customers and create a warm and inviting atmosphere in our store.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating products that address customer needs and providing helpful guidance and support.
Support store teams to ensure that customer needs are met, sales are processed efficiently, and stock levels are maintained effectively.

Requirements:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity to build strong relationships with customers.
No prior retail experience necessary, but some experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Flexibility and availability to work late-night and weekend shifts, including during peak trading periods.
