Client Service Ambassador Job

This role is designed to provide exceptional customer experiences and facilitate sales in a dynamic team environment.

Job Description

As a Client Service Ambassador, you will handle client inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. You will be responsible for delivering brand information to clients and collecting valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound and Outbound Customer Contact: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other media.
  • Sales Facilitation: Facilitate online and phone sales to meet commercial goals and objectives.
  • Brand Information and Feedback: Deliver brand information to clients and collect valuable feedback.
  • Data Processing: Accurately process all required data/information in appropriate systems/tools under group data security policy.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate emergency system issues to the team leader timely and report findings on system improvement if any.
  • Customer Satisfaction Analysis: Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to the team leader.
  • Professional Representation: Follow company policies and procedures as outlined and represent the organization in a professional image at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the existing Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.
Requirements
  • Experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service: Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury domain is essential.
  • Customer Service Oriented: You must be customer service oriented and sales oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent speaking and writing expression.
  • Technical Skills: PC literate, with experience in SAP CRM and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility with working in shifts and public holidays if required.
