As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in engaging with customers through various channels, providing product information and addressing inquiries. You will schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists, guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories, and resolve concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists
- Provide tailored product information and guidance on hearing devices and accessories
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management)
- Attention to detail and administrative background
- Positive team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently when needed
