  • We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to evaluate retail outlets and provide feedback on store presentation, service, sales skills, and cleanliness.
Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and access to the internet. Assignments will be based on your availability, ability to complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' businesses by providing valuable feedback. This is a unique chance to develop your observation and reporting skills while working independently.

The work involves visiting retail outlets, posing as a customer, and making detailed observations about your experience. You will then complete a survey online about the experience. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

Job Description
