The primary objective of this role is to conduct thorough surveys at retail outlets, gathering valuable insights into store presentation, service quality, selling techniques, and overall customer satisfaction.
To excel in this position, you will need to possess an eye for detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to recall pertinent information with precision.
Moreover, successful candidates will be reliable, proficient communicators, and have ready access to the internet for completing online surveys.
In terms of compensation, remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, offering a competitive package that reflects your value to the organization.
On average, survey completion times range from 10 minutes to 1 hour, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates your needs.
