As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and high-performing Project Manager to lead the construction of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF), bulk earthworks, and road infrastructure projects.
This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Executive Director – Engineering and Construction, where you'll oversee large-scale civil works, manage multidisciplinary teams, and deliver safe, on-time, and high-quality outcomes for our clients.
What We're Looking For· Proven 10+ years' management experience in civil construction.· Strong background in bulk earthworks, road construction, and tailings dam/TSF projects.· Demonstrated ability to deliver major projects safely, on time, and within budget.· Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing engineers, surveyors, superintendents, supervisors, planners, and HSE professionals.· Commercially astute with strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills.· A collaborative leader who builds strong client relationships and drives team accountability.
What You'll Be Doing· Lead the full lifecycle of TSF and bulk earthworks projects — from planning to delivery.· Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client and contractual requirements.· Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and client standards.· Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary project team (Engineer, Surveyor, Superintendent, Supervisors, Planner/Cost Controller, HSE).· Report directly to the Executive Director and provide transparent updates on project performance.· Represent PCH Civil with professionalism, delivering projects that reflect our values of Excellence, Progress, Teamwork, and Leadership.
