Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. In this role, you will represent our business as an expert in wound care, providing training and product demonstrations to customers at the hospital/state level.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop training content and in-service programs for customers, leveraging global-approved materials tailored to their needs. Additionally, you will build relationships with product champions/influencers and work with our medical affairs team to cultivate a strong local country KOL pool.

  1. Represent our business as a subject matter expert in wound care, delivering product demonstrations, hospital in-service programs, and speaker programs to customers at the hospital/state level.
  2. Collaborate with our country marketing team and area portfolio team to develop training content and in-service programs for customers, using global-approved materials tailored to their needs.
  3. Build a network of product champions/influencers and work with our marketing and medical affairs teams to cultivate and strengthen a strong local country KOL pool.
  4. Participate in industry events, conferences, and professional associations to stay up-to-date on trends and developments in wound care, translating your knowledge into actionable clinical strategies and plans.
  5. Provide clinical advisory support to end-customers and sales reps on our products under the respective specialty.
  6. Contribute to opportunities to defend existing business or win new business by collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams.
