Wound Closure Specialist

Our company is seeking a results-orientated Wound Closure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Wound Closure Team, you will be responsible for selling our Wound Closure products to various specialties in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth product and clinical knowledge across our range of Wound Closure products, coordinating product demonstrations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide accurate information regarding all products and their indications to customers, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and run regular training for theatre personnel, partnering with our Professional Education team to offer high-level training opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, maintaining a high level of surgical and industry knowledge relevant to the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualification in a Health-related field, Science, or Business, with proven skills in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales and territory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs, proactively seeking solutions.
  • Self-starter, collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude, strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
