We are seeking an exceptional Senior Architectural Technician to join our award-winning team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of high-end architectural projects from concept to completion through expert documentation and modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce outstanding architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation using Revit.
  • Develop and maintain high-level Revit models for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to studio standards.
  • Seamlessly manage and coordinate drawing sets and documentation with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant Australian building codes, standards, and regulations in all documentation.
  • Contribute to the studio's vibrant design culture through participation in team discussions and knowledge exchange related to technical documentation.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and resource allocation related to drafting and modelling tasks.

Requirements:
  • An Architecture degree is desirable but extensive experience and proven competency in technical documentation, drafting, and Revit modelling for complex projects are highly valued.
  • 8+ years of demonstrable professional experience as a Technical Documenter, Drafter, or Revit Modeller.
  • Strong Revit experience is essential, with proven proficiency in developing and managing complex models and documentation sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and confidence.
  • A proven track record of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
