Our award-winning architectural studio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our team of seasoned professionals. As a key member of our studio, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of high-end architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce exceptional architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation utilizing Revit.">
  • Develop and maintain high-level Revit models for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to studio standards.">
  • Manage and coordinate drawing sets and documentation with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.">
  • E nsure adherence to all relevant Australian building codes, standards, and regulations in all documentation.">
  • Contribute to the studio's vibrant design culture through participation in team discussions and knowledge exchange related to technical documentation.">
  • Effectively manage project timelines and resource allocation related to drafting and modelling tasks.">
  • Stay at the forefront of architectural documentation innovation by exploring emerging trends, technologies, and materials within the Revit ecosystem.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • An Architecture degree is desirable, but extensive experience and proven competency in technical documentation, drafting, and Revit modelling for complex projects are highly valued.">
  • 8+ years of demonstrable professional experience as a Technical Documenter, Drafter, or Revit Modeller.">
  • Strong Revit experience is a must, with proven proficiency in developing and managing complex models and documentation sets.">
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.">
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and confidence.">
  • A proven track record of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.">
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.">
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing project timelines related to documentation and modelling.">
