The Sydney Senior Property Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premium office tower in Sydney. This includes managing the site contractors and operational staff to ensure the building's ongoing maintenance and refinements are implemented effectively.

The role will also involve working closely with the property management team to develop innovative solutions that balance social and community impacts with traditional focus areas like energy, water, and waste.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can think strategically and make key decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, and technical expertise in property management.
