About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Commercial Property Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialized commercial/industrial property group with a strong presence in Sydney's southern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, including lease expirations, rent increases, and renewal deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support, preparing reports, correspondence, and tenders as required.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, lease agreements, and maintenance standards.
  • Assist with coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 12+ months experience in a similar role or Lease administration (in Real Estate).
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to pursue a career in Commercial/Asset Management.
  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate.
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
