About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our E-Commerce and Loyalty Program team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations of our digital programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-specific online pricing policies.
  • Assist in onboarding retailers and manage account setups.
  • Resolve shopper inquiries through live chat, phone, and email, while also closing sales leads.
  • Handle retailer and shopper conflict resolution, ensuring timely processing of orders.
  • Manage refunds, chargebacks, and maintain up-to-date product and pricing information.
  • Drive business growth by actively promoting outbound sales programs.
  • Keep the eCommerce budget tracker up to date and accurate.
