Sales Systems Support Specialist

This role focuses on delivering seamless support to Sales teams by providing training and troubleshooting expertise. Key responsibilities include managing a shared inbox for internal and external communication, offering first-level application support and escalating issues when required, conducting training sessions for new Sales staff, and facilitating regular meetings with various stakeholders.

  1. Effective management of the shared inbox used for stakeholder communication
  2. Providing timely and efficient support to Sales teams and escalating complex issues as necessary
  3. Delivering comprehensive training to new Sales staff on relevant systems and best practices
  4. Coordinating monthly meetings with internal and external parties

The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, strong organisational and communication abilities, and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines. While media experience is preferred, it is not essential for this role.
