Our caseloads offer a diverse range of challenges and opportunities for growth, encompassing early intervention, literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation. You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, or acquired brain injury, providing targeted support and guidance to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to allocated caseloads
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized plans for early intervention, literacy, and communication support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in delivering services under the NDIS and working with diverse client groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the community
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
