Your Role

  • Deliver evidence-informed speech therapy across ages and settings, including NDIS and My Aged Care participants.
  • Provide expert supervision and clinical mentoring to junior team members.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and prepare outcome-focused reports.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, physios, dietitians, and other allied health professionals.
  • Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience (3+ years preferred) in dysphagia/swallowing assessments.
  • Adult communication assessment and therapy (preferred, but not essential)
  • High-level clinical documentation and reporting experience.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Current driver's licence, insurance, reliable vehicle, and required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Police Clearance).
