We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-informed speech therapy across various settings and age groups.
Job Description:The successful candidate will provide expert supervision and clinical mentoring to junior team members, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and prepare outcome-focused reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
- Demonstrated clinical experience (3+ years preferred) in dysphagia/swallowing assessments
- Adult communication assessment and therapy (preferred, but not essential)
- High-level clinical documentation and reporting experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities
