Key Role

This senior position is designed for a passionate and experienced speech pathologist to lead and shape the direction of our speech pathology services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support and develop high-quality therapy services with a team of clinicians
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship and professional development opportunities as required
  • Collaborate with families and coordinators to develop and review individualised therapy plans
  • Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with a relevant professional body
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector
