Job Title: Business System Administrator

About the Role:

This role plays a pivotal part in managing and enhancing the NetSuite platform to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Oversee day-to-day administration and maintenance of NetSuite for optimal performance.
  • Enhancements & Optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs, provide support, and promote system adoption across the organisation.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively utilise the system.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, configurations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in utilities or related industry is desirable.
