About This Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to clients in their own homes. This includes those with aged and high-needs requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Promote Client Choice and assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and respite services.\
  • Work in shifts within set time blocks/rosters to ensure adequate coverage for clients.\
  • Drive client and company vehicles as needed for transport purposes.\
  • Report any changes in clients' health, care plans, or if additional services are required.\

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individualised Support, Home & Community Services, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification.\
  • Current full driver's license is essential.\
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR certification is also required.\
  • Reliable motor vehicle with valid registration and comprehensive third-party insurance is necessary.\
  • Smart mobile phone or device is required for work purposes.\
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain) is mandatory.\
  • Police Clearance within six months (or willingness to obtain) is also required.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.\
