Senior Medical Recruitment Officer

The role supports the smooth operation of end-to-end recruitment and workforce transactions for Senior Medical Officers.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day recruitment, advertising, appointment processes, and related workforce functions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes, advertising, and appointments for Senior Medical Officers.
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment support, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant State Awards and interpret award provisions to effectively manage recruitment activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of relevant State Awards and the ability to interpret award provisions to manage recruitment activities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels and manage customer inquiries.
