A highly skilled Medical Workforce Analyst is required to drive medical workforce optimization initiatives across the Nepean Blue Mountains region.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead data-driven quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and optimize Junior Medical Officer (JMO) rosters to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage a team responsible for rostering and payroll inquiries.
- Support departments in developing key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with locum management systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in information and performance management, and technology using SQL (intermediate skills), Excel and Power BI (advanced skills).
- Experience in developing performance reporting systems and proficient in deploying software tools to engage clinicians to access and use data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
