Workforce Improvement Specialist
\This role offers a unique opportunity to drive medical workforce improvement initiatives across the region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement projects, optimizing rosters, and enhancing service delivery.
\About the Role:
\- Lead quality improvement projects using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes for stakeholders\
- Optimize JMO rosters to meet staff and medical service needs, ensuring best practice roster guidelines are followed\
- Maintain high-quality relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians and departmental managers
What You'll Bring:
\- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in information and performance management\
- Intermediate SQL skills and advanced Excel and Power BI skills\
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop resources to improve outcomes
