Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Brisbane's CBD. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your facilities career with ongoing training, mentoring and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating cleaning, manned security, loading dock, concierge, pest, landscaping and other soft services to ensure a premium standard of service is being consistently delivered.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, responding to enquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Supporting inductions and onboarding for new tenants and contractors.
  • Monitoring service quality and reporting on compliance, safety and sustainability initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to create a collaborative, people-focused workplace.
  • Focus on maintaining compliance and a risk-mitigated environment.
  • Be part of the tendering of services processes, assist with the management of hard services installations.
