Job Title: Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to drive the growth of our distribution partner ecosystem in ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technology services distribution programs in ANZ
  • Create structured processes for onboarding, enabling, and supporting distribution partners for business and operations
  • Work closely with regional sales and partner teams to nurture strategic distribution partners that add significant value to AWS Channel Partners
  • Serve as a key member of the distribution team in defining and delivering the overall go-to-market strategy
  • Own reporting of the distribution business and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in program or project management
