About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at Goodstart Shepparton – Archer Street.

As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in leading and managing the centre team to provide high-quality early learning and care to children. You will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, and will be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  2. Mentorship and Capability Building: Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  3. Centre Management: Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  4. Practice Guide Implementation: Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
About Goodstart Shepparton – Archer Street

Our centre is a 77-place centre located in a residential area close to schools, shops, and community facilities. We have a long-standing team of passionate Early Childhood Professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to children.

We offer a supportive and experienced Centre Director, and a part-time role with up to 30 hours per week.
